Log files
All access to the site is stored in standard webserver log files with timestamp, the page retrieved and IP address. IP addresses are not linked to personal identifiable information. Log files are stored for up to 2 months.

Accounts
As part of the registration process of the site we require that the user provides a valid email address. This will only be used for important updates about the site or if the user instructs the system to send him information.
When a user signs in we store the IP address the sign in is made from to the account data. This is for our internal use only, and may be used for debugging, fraud prevention and similar.
A user can at any time chose to delete his account using the account interface or by contacting us. Accounts will be deleted automatically after a period without any activity, 6 months for trial accounts and 3 years for paid accounts.
Payments
If you make a payment through the site we are required to store information related to the payment for 10 years.
In addition we share payment information with the payment providers in order for them to carry out the payment. The payment providers have their own policies and requirements, please refer to Stripes policy here and PayPals policy here. If you choose to use a digital wallet when paying through Stripe their providers privacy policy also apply, for details visit Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Notification of changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
