what are the payment options?

You can pay with the major credit cards, which cards that are available depends on the selected currency. Or if you have a PayPal account you can use that.

how do you store my credit card information?

All payments are handled by 2Checkout. We never see your credit card information.

why do I not see my credit card as an option?

The available credit cards depends on the currency, try switching to USD.

why do I not see an option to pay using my PayPal account?

PayPal is not available for all currencies, try switching to for instance USD.

why is the payment amount not in USD?

2Checkout will automatically use the local currency for some countries. If you prefer to pay in USD you can select this on the upper left of the payment page.

how long do I have to wait to receive the confirmation email after signing up?

The confirmation email is sent the moment you sign up. If you have not received it after a few hours please make sure it hasn't been stopped by your spamfilter, then contact us via our contact page.

will you warn us when our subcription is about to end?

We will warn you by email 5 weeks before, 5 days before and the day after the subscription ends.
